Vampirates

Pirates Dinner Adventure invited me to see Vampirates! They hosted me; but I paid for additional drinks and appetizers myself. Admission for adults starts at $68.95 and children are $41.95. You get a three-course dinner and soft drinks. You can upgrade your package.

I’m a huge Halloween Haunt fan, but when you can sit and eat dinner and enjoy a spooky show instead of walking around a maze where people are screaming, I am down for it. Did I forget to mention the show takes place on a pirate ship and there are vampires?

And Vampirates is family friendly. Or perfect for date night. Whatever your situation is there’s something for everyone. Some music, romance, stunts, fighting, vampires, and a seriously talented Siren.

Now let’s move onto what you need to know.

I have ADHD and APD and am sensitive to loud noise. And I am physically disabled. So I try to make my reviews inclusive. If you are sensitive to noise, bring some headphones just in case. If you or someone has sensory issues, look the show up on YouTube first. I have issues with loud noises, but because I was into the show, I was ok.

We were in the front row, so if you have issues with stairs, call ahead to switch your seats. I made it down there somehow. I could not resist the front row, but did scope out the view from the top, which was good as well.

This is an immersive show, and the audience takes part. Most of the kids got to help as well. There will be a lot going on. And you will have to sit in a row with other people.

If you have any mobility or pain issues, ask to be seated at the end of your row.

If you have food allergies, the server will ask. I have food intolerances and they could accommodate me. They made sure that I had nothing I couldn’t eat. People living with a nut allergy should be aware they serve German chocolate cake.

Call ahead if you have questions.

The show was amazing, and I will be back. Make your reservation before it’s too late. I hope I am invited back at Christmas! And make sure to check out the special offers section of their website. With it being so close to Halloween, they have some great offers.
